BANANAS DEARER. egg prices decline. (Special to “Northern Advocate.’’) AUCKLAND, This Day, Apples and pears continue dull of sale. Large quantities of Delicious apples have yet to be marketed, and that variety is hard to quit. Ripe bananas being scarce, higher prices ruled in consequence. Fair quantities of hothouse tomatoes are offering, but the demand for this line has been poor. Hothouse grapes “are dull of sale. Quotations are:— Fruit.
