POSITION AT STRATFORD. (Per Press Association.—Copyright.) BTRATFORD, This Day. As tho result of the magistrate’s decision upsetting the mayoral election, Stratford is now without a Mayor. The town clerk, Mr P. Skoghmd, lias obtained a legal opinion which says the deputy mayor, Mr Gordon, must net until the election. Messrs .1. W. MacMillan and P. Thomson, candidates on the last occasion, will again contest the election, which will probably be held on Friday, Juno
