There will be no gold exports from the United States for payment of interest on Liberty and Government bonds held abroad. The Administration has taken the position that bonds. Held abroad should be treated in the same way as those in the hands of persons in the United States. There will be no gold payments .of. interest, on Liberty bonds in this eountrv. "
