After easily winning their early rounds, fill four Australian Davis Cup players were eliminated iu the quar-ter-finals of the British hard eouit championship at Bournemouth. F, J. The Australians, unaccustomed to sandy courts, all made mistakes which they are unlikely to repeat so frequently when fully acclimatised.
