CAX AT) A BANS PARADES.- , (Received 11 a.m.) VANCOUVER, May 1. May Day throughout Panada was marked liy rigid police restrictions. There were a few arrests but little disorder. Parade permits woi e refused at Saskatoon, Polina, Calgary, Vaneouver and Moose Jaw. Police raided the quarters of Communists in several place, arresting eight and seizing literature.
