CHOLERA EPIDEMIC
RAVAGES IN BENGAL
(Received 11.30 a.m.) CALCUTTA, April 20
A cholera epidemic here has assumed serious proportions. In Calcutta, hundreds of cases are reported, for which there is no hospital accommodation. Of 1,700 cases in Bengal last week, 900 wore fatal.
