JEWISH QUESTION ARISES

Olympic circles are apprehensive that persecution of Jews may cause the Olympic Committee to cancel the Games fixed for Berlin in 1930. The secretary of the Athletic Federation, nevertheless, promises that every Olympic competitor will be cordially treated, irrespective of race or colour. It is not for Germany to decide who will come. The domestic ban on Jewish competitors does not concern other nations.
