QUEENSLAND APPEAL FAILS,

The High Court today . dismissed an appeal by the Queensland Peanut Board, which virtually decided that States have no power to create boards for the control of marketing of primary .produce where such control infringes the freedom of trade as provided for under the Commonwealth Constitution.
