ADVERSE BUDGETS
FRENCH AND ITALIAN. (Received 11 a.m.) PARIS, April 14. Sitting till 5 o’clock yesterday morning, the Chamber of Deputies passed the Budget with a deficit of £46,500,000, as compared with the earlier deficit of £163,000,000. Provision was made for a lottery, whereby it was hoped that ex-ser-vicemen’s organisations -would benefit by £4,000,000, as a solace to their/ reduced pensions. ‘ The Italian Budget presented in the Chamber of Deputies forecasted a deficit of £46,000,000. '
