Mails for Auckland, Wellington, Wanganui, Palmerston North, Kohukohu, Rawene, Ohaeawai, Waimate North, Waipapa, Kaeo, Whangaroa, Mangonui, Kaitaia Taumarere, Kaikohe, Paihia, Kerikeri, Awanui, Otiria, and Pakaraka will close at S a.m. A clearance of street receivers will be made at 7 a.m. New Year's Day, January 2, 1933, —Closed in all branches. Mails for Auckland Wellington, Palmerston North and Wanganui will close at 8 a.m. A clearance of street receivers will be made at 7 a.m. Correspondence usually delivered by postmen may bo obtained at the counter between 7 p.m. and 8 p.m. on December 31.
