M.V. PORT WHANGAREI
ARRIVAL FROM AUCKLAND
The motor vessel Port Whangarei arrived at (he Town Wharf last evening from South island ports, Wellington, Tauranga and Auckland. She discharged cargo from those ports today and sailed later for Auckland, Picton was one of the ports of call on the present trip and another visit will be paid to that port on the next voyage along the coast. This is the Port Whangarei’s second visit to Whangarei, and she will return in about Hi days’ time. Good weather was experienced on the mu from Dunedin and the journey was made in excellent time.
