CONFERENCE ADJOURNS. CONSULTATION PURPOSES, (Received 9 a.m.) LONDON, September 15. Thei Danubian. _ Commission-' which was sitting at Stresa, Italy, adjourned indefinitely to enable the delegates to consult their respective governments. Mr Joseph Addison, British Ambassador to Prague, again declared that the world’s recovery was impossible until exchange .restrictions ished.
