DUTCH SEAMEN RESUME
GRIEVANCES ADJUSTED. (Received 10.30 a.m.) ROTTERDAM, September 14. The Dutch seamen’s strike, which commenced on August 1 20 owing to the ship owners’ exploitation of the British currency exchange-by selling their ships to British linns and rechartering them under British articles, has now been settled.
