Imports .... 1,012,000 2,188,001 The figures for the eight months ended August 31 are:— 1032. 1033. £ £ Exports .... 27,173,850 25,030,180 Imports .... 14,010,100 10,003,547 The values shown for exports are the declared f.o.b. values in terms of New Zealand currency, while the imports arc valued on the basis of values in the exporting countries, plus 10 per cent.
