SALE OP LOTTERY TICKETS. SUSPECTS ARRESTED. (Received 9 a.ih.) SYDNEY, November 5. Detectives raided an office today and arrested Rufus T. Naylor and three members of his staff. All have been charged with being associated in a common gaming house and have been admitted to bail. They are to appear before the Court next Tuesday.
