Put- two tablespoonfnls of paraffin into the copper with eight gallons of water, and enough soap flalus# or grated soap to make the water- foamy, ; Let the clothes simmer in this for about twenty to thirty minutes, hen rinse in two lots'of hot water and hang out in the air to dry and: remove the smell of paraffin. ;r .
