SOVIET REPRISAL. (Received 9 a.m.) LONDON, April 3. Professor Armfeld White, of' the Russian Agricultural Academy ’ at Minsk, hae been formally degraded [“for persistently excluding polities from his scientific lectures, ’ ' says the Riga correspondent of the “Times.” As a climax to his “sabotage,” he openly stated that physics had nothing to do with polities and that he did not wish to become a Communist. The authorities deprived him of the title of “Professor,” dismissed him from the Academy and forbade him to occupy a post in any Soviet educational establishment.
