Cheese is neglected. New Zealand coloured 71/, white 72/; Australian 70/ and 71/.

Amalgamated Dairies has received the following cable from London, dated October 2. —The butter market is demoralised. Finest is offered down to .120/ for fresh landed and ll.fi/ for stored without effecting sales. Danish 140/ f.o.b.
