OFFICIALS ELECTED. (Per Press Association. —Copyright.) WELLINGTON, This Day. The annual ballot for official positions in the New Zealand Workers’ [lnion for 1930-31 has boon completed, and the following have been declared elected by the returning officer, Mr A. Parlane:^— National president, Mr E. E. Baldwin (Christchurch); national vice-pre-sidents, Messrs J. Townsend (Wanganui) and J. Whyte (Wellington); general secretary, Mr Arthur Cook (Wellington). District delegates were also elected with the exception of Gisborne and the East Coast districts, which have yet to be chosen.
