KTRIvWINDEYER CUP RULES, (Per Press Association. —Copyright.) WELLINGTON, This Day. The Golf* Council discussed the Kirk-AVindeycr Cup rules, based on a conference with the captains of the New South Wales and ATetoriau teams, but an important clause dealing with Now Zealand’s position with regard to the draw could not be decided. A sub-jeommittee was appointed to go further into the matter. The report on courses for this year’s championships is not ready and nothing can be done till it is received, The sum of £SO was voted towards the cost’-of trophies at the ladies’ championships.
