TOWN HALL AND LYCEUM TONIGHT. “THE OCR FUG OF LIFE.” This famous Russian picture, exemplifying as it does, tho supreme artistic temperament and powerful dramatic force_jand passion characteristic of tho Russian cinema, will come as a revelation to Whangarei patrons. Nowhere in the world do actors and actresses portray with such vivid reality the issues of life as do the Russians, whose histrionic ability in this direction renders them unique. This picture is quite out of tho ordinary and more than well worth witnessing.
