(Received 12,40 p.m.) LONDON, December 20. • The Prince' of Wales, on behalf of His Majesty the King, gave audience to M. Sokolnikoff, who presented his credentials. 1 M. Sokolnikoff and staff were token to St. James' Palace in two separate carriages with scarlet-cloaked coachmen and outriders. They were met by the King’s Marshalmen and representatives of the Foreign Office. Presentations were -made/, in the Throne .Room. - • ; Immediately after, M. vSokolnihoff called bu Mr Arthur Henderson, Foreign Secretary, and they-, exchanged Notes covering the guaranteeangainst propaganda in- the dominioris.
