The city of Dusseldorf was again thrown into a paroxyism of terror today 'by the receipt of a postcard by the newspaper “Miltag,” reading; ing: “I must drink the blood of my next victim on Saturday evening at 7 o’clock,” The missive .was in the same handwriting as that of the two previous messages. There was not further victim up to midnight, though alarm was felt at the disappearance of a boy, who, however, was found wandering in a suburb.
