On Saturday evening as a traniear was proceeding along Wellesley Street, a bottle fell on top of the car and another bottle fell on the road wav.

Constable after making impiiries, arrested Dr, Wat kin Harper, aged (If!, charged him with drunkenness and throwing a bottle to the danger of persons in the street.

When accused appeared in the Court this morning he had to answer a further charge of wilfully damaging a cell floor at the Police Station to the extent of £l.

Accused *s counsel got a remand, on bail, until Wednesday next.
