SEVERED HEAD
FEROCIOUS DEED REVEALED. SUSPECT REMANDED. (Received 8.30 a.m.) SYDNEY, November 15. The man charged with murder at Narrabri is Paul Meniel, aged 50. He is of German descent. Ho was remanded. A post mortem examination of the head discovered in the bag reveals severe fractures, probably caused by blows with a heavy instrument.
