NO HOPE OF SALVAGE
(Received 10.20 a.m.) LONDON, November 1?.. The famous “windjammer” Garthpool is ashore at Boavista, on the easternmost point of Cape Verde Islands. It is stated that there is no hope of salvage. All the crew were saved.
