ARMY'S HONOUR DISCARDED. (Australian Press Association.) (Received 2.30 p.m.) PARIS, May 23. Council .Ministers decided to discontinue the appointment of Marshals as an array honour, which lapses with the deaths of Marshals Detain, Joffre, Yyautey and D’Esperey.
