TIN CUP MATCH
TROPHY AGAIN CHANGES HANDS
i What may he tho iinal of the “Advocate’' Tin Cuj» competition was played on Friday, when the Public Trust building team annexed tho trophy from the Post Office, and thus avenged their defeat of the previous game. When the challengers won the toss their chances were considered bright, and McLeod and Eyan then set about to repeat the exhibition they gave for the fust wicket against the “Advocate" team. Sixty-nine runs were on the board when McLeod, who had Just hit- his first six, was clean bowled in attempting to do likewise. With 4 down for 79 the Trust skipper, like Chapman, decided to give the opposing side a little dusky play. -<t. was the tables turned, for P. and T played their innings in the same light or rather non-light, as tho “Advocate" had done against them earlier in the week. Munro and Morgan, the latter hitting a six which covered the length of two fields before bouncing, made a stand for the third wicket, but the whole team was out for 29.
