The Marylebone bench granted a summons, at the instance of the Director of Public Prosecutions Department, against “Colonel” Barker for alleged jerjury by swearing in a High Court action that she was Leslie Ivor Victor Gauntlett Blight Barker, a retired colonel, also that she was a cavalry officer during the Great .War.
