ITALIA INQUIRY OUTCOME. ■

Following upon the report of the inquiry, commission which censured the commander in connection with the dramatic loss of the Italia during the polar expedition, General Nobile tendered his resignation of rank and office, and the resignation was accepted. .

A Royal decree announces' that General Nobile resigned in order to vindicate himself, because he does not accept the commission’s conclusions.
