('Received 12.45 p.m.) PARIS, March 13. “Pertinax,” in “L’ Echo dc Paris,” states that Germany unofficially proposed at the Reparations Conference that Germany’s , future annual payments should be £40,000,000. Later Dr Schacht raised the proposal .to £60,000,000.. Whereas France asks, for £58,000,000 annual payment, the Germans do not want to pay more than £37,000,000.
