(Times Cable.) (Received 8.35 a.m.) LONDON, March 13. “President Hoover is of German descent. This has been satisfactorily proved, at least in Germany,” says the Berlin correspondent of the “Times,” who quotes the “Deutsche Allegmeine Zeitung” as saying that the American Heraldic Society has established that President Hoover descends in a direct line from one Andreas Huber, who was born at Baden Baden an,d emigrated to America in 1740, where lie settled in Maryland.
