At the wool sales 11,487 bales were offered of which 8820 were AuS' traliau and 2479 New Zealand. There was a splendid selection of merinos suitable for all sections of the trade and a small supply of super-style greasy crossbreds. There was a good demand! and full late rates were maintained. Continental competition was predominant. New Zealand’s. —Mokopeka, 20d to 19d; Tauroa, 32*d to 21d; Tc Pimi, 22d to 20d.
