-REGULATOR FOR BUB-STATION The following report of the Electrical Committee was submitted to the Whangarci Borough Council last evening and adopted without comment; — Light on Right-of-way.—Your committee decided that it was unable to recommend a. light being erected on the right-of-way, Rust Avenue to Water Street. Light in First Avenue.—Your Committee recommends that a light be placed in First Avenue. Regulator for Sub-station. Your committee recommends, that an order be placed for a regulator at a price of £705. Peak Load.—Your committee recommends that the matter of regulating the peak load on Christmas Eve be left in the hands of the chairman .and engineer.
