MIGRATION OF EELS
PUZZLING PROBLEM,
OCEAN EXPEDITION,

COPENHAGEN, May 17,
A world-circuit scientific expedition will start in June to carry out oceanographic investigations, in an attempt to solve a number of Pacific problems, particularly the migration of eels. The leader, Dr Johannes Schmidt, formerly carried out marine researches specialising in eels. The expedition will work for two years, mainly on the coasts of Australia, New Zealand, China and Japan.
