COMMEMMORATIYE WREATHS. (Received 2.30 p.m.) LONDON, October 21. Many wreaths were placed at Nelson’s Column, in Trafalgar .Square, and Nelson’s tomb in St. Paul’s Cathedral to eommemmorate the 122nd anniversary of the Battle of Trafalgar, including 30 from naval ships and others from the Governments of Newfoundland, India, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and Nova Scotia. Special interest was taken in the New Zealand flowers and berries, which had been preserved in a Mock of ice; also laurels inscribed “To the memory of French and Spanish sailors killed at Trafalgar.”—A, and N.Z,
