; COMMONWEALTH DELEGATION. (Received 11.10 a.m.) MELBOURNE, This. Day. The Australian delegation to the League of Nations Assembly at Geneva will comprise "the Hon J. G. Latham, Federal Attorney-Genehal, who leads the delegation, Sir Joseph Cook, High Commissioner, Mr Manning, a member of the House of Representatives, and Sir Arthur Rickard. A woman delegate will also be chosen. Mr Latham will afterwards join Mr S. M. Bruce in London. He will, if necessary, act as second representative to the Imperial Conference.
