Y.M.C.A.-MAIRTOWN BEATS POWJHRI AVENUE.
The matches in connection with the Rishworth Challenge Shield competition wqre continued on Saturday, when the Y.M.C.A.-Mairtown and the Powhiri Avenue Clubs met on the former's courts. Y.M.C.A.-Mairtown won by 13 sets to 5, and 143 games to 100. The results are as follows, Y.M.C.A.r Mairtown players being mentioned first:—
