AUCKLAND, This Day.’ A ease in which Joseph Sturge Redfern. appeared in two charges of alleged incest at Kirikopuni, near Dargaville, was continued in the Supreme Court yesterday before Mf Justice Stringer. The defence was a general denial of the allegations. The jury acquitted the accused. — Press Assn.
