The practice of enclosing money in unregistered letters was condemned by Mr Justice Reed in the Supreme Court in sentencing a young pout office official to two years in the Borstal Institute for theft of a postal packet. His Honour eaid: "The confession of the woman whose money was stolen must tell her that she is responsible for the downfall of thin young man,'' He asked the Crown Solicitor to recommend the Government to provide a penalty foT persons who enclosed money in Hnregistered letters. —Pres9 Asan.
