UNEMPLOYED DEMONSTRATIONS
IN ENGLISH CENTRES.
(Received 9.15 a.m.) LONDON, .Tune 21. An unemployed demonstration in Trafalgar Square was addressed by Labour members of Parliament and others. The proceedings were moot -orderly. The speakeis compared the display ■of wealth at the Ascot race meetings witli the poverty of the unemployed. They denounced the Government's policy regarding China.
A resolution was carried calling on the Government to establish a national Employment Development Board,
