THE OFFICIAL REPORT. The Government Meteorologist reports the following forecast for 24 hours from 9 a.m. to-day:— The indications are for northerly winds, moderate to strong, freshening and backing by north to west. The weather appears likely to be cloudy and unsettled, with rain following. The barometer is falling. The sea will be moderate and the tides high.
