Lock, a well known Vic* torian grazier, who returned from a visit to New Zealand by the Niagara, stated: "New ' Zealand has had its* 'best day. Land is not selling thera now. Many of its young graziers, men" with anything from £1000 and upward®, are turning their eyes towards Australia.
