LONDON, August 25,

The "Morning Post's" Russia correspondent reveals that the Soviet is planning to appoint Voikoff as envoy to London. As President of Ekateringburg Soviet in July, 1919, Voikolf signed the warrant ordering the deaths of the ex-Czar and the whole Imperial Family and witnessed the carrying-out of the sentence.

The correspondent points out that the Soviet tried to appoint Voikolf head of the trade delegation to Canada in 1923, but the then, Conservative British Government protested.-—A. and N.Z.
