Patrick Million, the murderer of Miss Kaye at "The Crumbles" bungalow, Eastbourne, is in a serious condition as the result 'of a hunger strike. He has not taken food since his appeal failed and is now reported as virtually in a state of collapse and oblivious to his surroundings. Despite his condition he is forced to take exercise. but no attempts are made to forcibly feed liim. The execution is fixed for September .'l.—A. and N.Z.
