AGITATIONS IN GREECE.
FLEET LAID UP. PRECAUTION AGAINST MUTINY. (Received 9.15 a.m.) ATHENS, August 23. Owing to political agitations and a threatened mutiny a meeting of the Cabinet ordered the laying up of the fleet. The crews have been paid off and given extended leave. —A. and N.Z.
