Thomson, Bagley and Co. report sales as follows for the week ending August 2: —

There is a very keen demand for vegetables and owing to the shortage of supplies very satisfactory prices have been realised. Southern potatoes £

Bcvin, Ltd., report sales for the week ending August 2 as follows: —■ At the auction sale held on Saturday the following prices were realised: | Ducks 6/ to S/6 per pair, hens 2/3 to 3/ each, roosters 3/ to 4/ each.
