VIOLENT FEELING.

ITALIANS' QUARREL. REMARKABLE EVIDENCE. (Special to "Northern Advocate.") r AUCKLAND, This Day. In the Supreme Court the case against Angelo Constantine is still ; proceeding, the building being packed. The case for the defence is an absolute denial of indecent action or intent. The evidence disclosed a violent quarrel between Leon Galli and Constantine, from which the present charges appear to have arisen. Constantine was told that if he did not sign an apology and leave the country the police would be informed. He refused, and the threat was carried out; hence the proceedings. The addresses of counsel and the summing up will be taken this afternoon. j
