LANDLADY'S AXE,
USE ON A TENANT,
CHRISTCHURCH, This Day,
As a sequel to a quarrel with a tenant in her house, Lillian Reed, aged 35 years, a widow, was charged this morning with having done grievous bodily harm to Florence Beatrice Bartlett. The police stated that the victim was struck on the head with an' axe,
but her condition was not serious,
Mrs Reed was remanded 011 bail of £200,—■ Press Assn.
