CAUSES INFANT'S DEATH,
TIMARU, This Day.
Nelson Partridge, aged 21 months, died in Tiospital as a result of burns. The cShild had been dressed, strapped into a chair beside the lire and given a comb to play with, and during the mother's momentary absence the comb caught fire. —Pfess Assn.
